Frequently Asked Questions

Essential information regarding our B2B wholesale process, order minimums, and logistics.

What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ varies by product. Generally, for knitted fabrics, the MOQ is 300-500 kg per color. For woven fabrics, it is 2000 meters per color. For custom developments or printed fabrics, the MOQ may be higher. However, we sometimes have stock available for smaller quantities. Please contact us with your specific needs.

How do I request fabric samples?
We provide A4 size swatches free of charge. The buyer is only responsible for the international courier freight cost. If you require yardage samples for prototyping (1-5 meters), these will be charged at a sample rate plus shipping.

What is the standard production lead time?
For standard dyed fabrics, our production lead time is typically 25-35 days after lab dip approval and deposit receipt. For printed or custom-developed fabrics, the lead time is usually 35-45 days. Urgent orders can be expedited depending on our current production schedule.

What are your payment terms?
Our standard payment terms for bulk orders are 100% T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) . We also accept L/C (Letter of Credit) at sight for established buyers.

Do you offer custom fabric development (OEM/ODM)?
Yes, custom development is one of our core strengths. You can send us a physical swatch, and our technical team will analyze its composition, weight, and weave to replicate it exactly or modify it to your new specifications.

How is shipping handled?
We offer flexible shipping terms including FOB (Free On Board) Ningbo/Shanghai, CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight), and EXW (Ex Works). We can ship via sea freight (LCL/FCL), air freight, or international courier depending on your volume and urgency.

What quality control standards do you follow?
Every order undergoes strict inline and final inspections before leaving our warehouse. We adhere to international testing standards for metrics like colorfastness, shrinkage, and pilling. We are also happy to accommodate third-party inspection services like SGS or ITS at the buyer’s request.
